Exclusivity – We purposely select no more than three association clients per year to add to our portfolio, turning away more than 90% of all prospective clients. This exclusive service enables us to become part of the fabric of our community so we can personalize how we work with you. Committing our senior staff’s attention to your unique issues means faster resolution and enhanced homeowner satisfaction.
Innovation – We believe a successful property management company must evolve with the ongoing changes in society. In addition to regularly reading material from sources, such as TED Talks, Harvard Business Review, MIT Technology Review, and Psychology Today, our management team participates in industry conferences and training sessions.
Today’s world is driven by technological change, which means we must also be innovative in how we improve community management for our association clients. From iPads for Board Members to community apps for homeowners, our focus on technology has added efficiency, reduced costs, maximized available resources, and significantly improved the homeowner experience with their association.
