Desert Edge Property Management, LLC is a Homeowner Association Management company providing services to communities all throughout Utah. As a volunteer Board Member, founder Michael Smith saw a need for a management company that could provide a more personal management experience while understanding the needs and goals of the homeowners association. Desert Edge Property Management was created in 2003 to fill that need, determined to provide the very best in HOA Management services with an emphasis on communication and the personal touches that set us apart from the rest.

At Desert Edge Property Management, our mission is to provide a better relationship between communities and their management company by providing outstanding, reliable, and proactive service. Providing timely and professional communication with Board Members and Homeowners, we work closely with the community to achieve the goals and desires of the neighborhood. As your management company, we take pride in your property just like you do and we want the very best for your association. From landscaping to maintenance to collections and more, we will be there to support your community on all levels!

At Desert Edge, we offer different packages to best meet your HOA’s needs. Additional services may be adjusted according to your community’s needs and available “a la carte” to add to your package. We designed our packages and services knowing what it takes to manage HOA’s.
