Staying on top of new laws is paramount, and continuing education is of utmost importance. Gold Coast is a member and active participant of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) where our managers obtain the designation of Certified Community Manager (CCAM). Our managers also participate in the Community Association Institute (CAI) where managers earn the designation of Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association
Manager (PCAM). Every Gold Coast manager participates in ongoing educational programs so they are always up-to-date with industry standards.
