Twelve years ago one of our owners became the President of the Board in the HOA where we lived and quickly found what a difference there is from one management company to another. Shortly thereafter, the other spouse started working for a management company and quickly became one of their best Association Managers. We offer three main levels of service. The first is what most of our competitors offer, “Full Service.” Second is “Consulting.” Finally, we offer “Bookkeeping Only.” Let me explain these.
Full Service: Our full service is truly that – we work out an appropriate cost based on the anticipated work load for the services that will be rendered and we ensure that we provide management capable of providing that service. We do not overload managers with too much to handle which results in you not getting your money’s worth. We make sure we are always fulfilling our end of the agreement!
Consulting: Some associations are able to handle everything within their community, but want professional assistance from time to time at a professional, yet affordable cost. This can be accomplished! Want someone to review your budget? How about attend and go over some things at your annual meeting? Whatever you may need, that’s what we do.
Bookkeeping Only: Associations that take care of the day to day management of their property, but would like to have a third party handle the assessments, collection, payables, etc., can use our services to eliminate potential conflicts of interest that may arise when involving homeowner money. They are able to use our payment platform for easier payment and collection of assessments.
