Property Management Services:
Your property(s) will have a professional, licensed Property Manager assigned to manage the day-to-day activity, as well as, provide you with constant communication so you are kept up to date on your investment’s status. Your Property Manager will coordinate with our staff to provide you with:

Tenant Screening & Placement:
MBA offers online tenant applications and personal follow-up to complete credit checks, background checks, residential verifications and employment verifications. The prospect is then evaluated against MBA’s qualification requirements. Once approved, MBA completes the Lease Agreement and reviews the move-in requirement with the tenant.
MBA Real Estate strictly enforces all aspects of the Lease Agreement. MBA enforces late rents, evictions, HOA violations and property maintenance to ensure your property continues to be a worthy investment.

MBA Real Estate provides an In-House Maintenance Coordinator who performs initial inspections on new, vacant sign-ups, prepares rent-ready estimates and oversees the preparation of your property for marketing. After the work has been completed, the Maintenance Coordinator will perform a final inspection to verify the completion and quality of work as well as take marketing photographs of the property.
MBA’s Maintenance Coordinator will complete a move-out assessment when a tenant vacates your home, prepare a detail of move-out charges to be billed to the tenant and an estimate of necessary repairs and/or maintenance to return your property to rent-ready condition.
Accounting & Record Keeping:
MBA Real Estate provides you with online monthly statements, billing, direct deposit of funds and so much more. MBA also provides you with constant communication and easy access to reports on your property via an Owner portal.
