Utilizing industry leading software, Board Members and Homeowners can easily see the status of major action items, pay assessments online, and communicate with PMI Premier in a private forum. The ability to see the status of violations, work orders, collections, and ongoing expenses, creates a structure that promotes accountability. We can also create and support externally facing community websites.
Legal Relationships and Training
Some of the most expensive and troubling challenges associations can face are collections matters, covenant violations, and other legal issues. PMI Premier has strong relationships with prominent community association law firms and attorneys, if required. We also offer training for board members to promote education and awareness of new legislation and best practices.
