Community Association Management is Summit Management’s only business. Many management companies try to boost sales by providing in-house maintenance, investment advice or landscaping services. This can lead to conflicts of interest or ethical issues, and, in our experience, is best avoided. We feel that we can best add value by bidding out your services to the open market.

The principals of Summit Management Services, Inc. have developed an approach to community management based on over 50 years combined professional experience in community and property management, leadership in professional organizations and personal experience serving on the Board of Directors of various associations
