We are a local Condominium Management and rental company deigned over 23 years ago specifically for Condominium Resort, condo-hotel and Timesharing Resort Communities whose owners have a need for rental services and professional management services. The principals of Liberte have provided services to Condominiums Communities since 1974 throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Liberte has operated from Treasure Island and In the condo-hotel vacation industry since its inception in 1993, providing professional management and marketing services to rental Condominiums, Resort s and owners along the Gulf of Mexico Beaches and inland. We manage an array of Condominium vacation styles from condo-hotels to Timeshare condominium communities and single family homes. Our managers are assigned to individual communities to develop relationships with the Boards, owners and Communities and many have been with the same community for 8 to 23 years. February 2 2016 was Liberte’s 23rd Anniversary and over 80% of my managers have been with us since our beginning as well as the entire Accounting staff and 98% of our Rental Communities for 18 years or more.
Liberte CEOI also holds a Florida State license to teach continuing ED to CAM managers as well as a Real Estate Broker’s License. Education and licensing are an important factor for the strength and growth of any firm and at Liberte we have been a front runner in the industry.
As CEO, a New Englander and former Marine I had my start with the Hancock Group from Brookline Mass in 1972, they relocated my family to Florida in 74, for more than 44 years in the management and resort industry, I am still hands on.
Additional services and promotions such as Holiday Guest Festivities – with this we have always placed fully cooked Turkeys in all guests ovens for Thanks giving, roses on Mom’s day, Cherry pies for Christmas and all other holidays. Interest and Occupancy has jumped each year during these times. Other areas of strength lie in establishing strong and increasing Rack Rates, Portal programs for owners to see “Live” availability of their units, monthly Financial reports, in-house marketing reports with demographics, locations and breakdowns of all guest activities and expenses, but the strongest marketing campaign – the most successful way to fill units all during the year – is to establish that team attitude with each owner as well as Liberte’s weekly contact with over 6,500 Travel Agents, 156 OTA services, social media campaigns and 32 years records of past guests and interested families.
