More than Management
At WPM, we are steadfast in our commitment to continuing education. Our corporate office includes a 50-seat training room, where we coordinate and present CAI education programs for the local chapter and host in-house training programs for our staff on legislative updates, new technologies, and other relevant topics. In addition, a number of our staff are on the faculty for both CAI and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). WPM has also received numerous awards from the Maryland Multi-Housing Association and was named one of the top workplaces in the Baltimore region by The Baltimore Sun, ranking #2 Top Workplace among the top 10 large companies.
Beyond the responsibilities we take on at our client communities, WPM has a strong commitment to volunteer service. Our team engages in a number of community and volunteer initiatives – from participating in local community cleanups to transforming a vacant inner city lot into a model urban green space where families can go to learn how to care for the environment, their neighborhood, and their own health through experiential learning programs in urban gardening, nutrition, and food preparation.
