Invest West Management, LLC is a “Full-Service” management company managing a variety of property types. The majority of our portfolio is comprised of HOA’s, PUD’s, Condominiums, Townhomes or other planned communities that involve CCR’s and Board of Directors. We have been providing service to Oregon and Washington since 1979. Our firm is a charter member of OWCAM (Oregon Washington Community Association Managers) as well as a member of CAI (Community Association Institute), IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), and CAR (Commercial Association of Realtors). We are a firm with strong beliefs in continuing education for our staff. We are an AMO (Accredited Management Organization) firm that holds many licenses and designations. All of our Community Managers hold their CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation, with many also holding their AMS (Association Management Specialist) designation. Many of our managers are also licensed Real Estate Brokers in the states of Oregon and Washington.

Our firm approaches Community Management as a team. We typically assign on lead person as the “Community Manager” with a full support staff assisting at all times. This support staff includes a dedicated assistant or “Community Administrator,” a “Maintenance Coordinator,” and a dedicated accounting liaison. We have found that communication is one of the most important aspects of community management and this support staff allows us maximum efficiency in this area. If the Community Manager is not in the office at the time of a particular call there is typically someone else that can address the call or ensure a prompt response soon thereafter.

We have learned over the years that every community has a unique set of management demands which can even change within the same community over time. Invest West Management, LLC prides itself on the flexibility of services and management agreements that are made available to our clients. We tailor our management agreements to meet the needs of our clients. No community is too big or too small. We feel that even the smallest communities can benefit greatly from professional management but cannot always afford such services. As a result of this conundrum we’ve devised a myriad of contractual options for our clients to consider. We offer a range of services from “Accounting-Only” style contracts up to “All-Inclusive” style contracts that include the vast majority of standard services for a fixed rate. We also offer “a la carte”, menu-driven contracts, and hourly based contracts. This vast array of options really allows our clients more latitude and control over their management expenses.

At Invest West Management, LLC we believe in fostering long-term relationships. Our philosophy of minimizing turnover not only pertains to our staff but to our clients. Minimizing internal changes in staff keeps our costs as a business lower, which in turn results in a lower cost for our clients. The same rings true for community associations. Avoiding management company turnover can often result in a direct financial savings for community associations. As a leader in our industry we recognize this direct correlation and strive to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients.
