Custom Reserves experience includes the inspection and analysis of the condition of approximately 300 communities nationwide. Prior experience includes a supervisory position for a custom home building company in Florida and a project engineer for construction projects in New England. Your services are provided by an engineer with both reserve study credentials from Association of Professional Reserve Analysts (APRA) and Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Delivery of the report takes only two to three weeks from the date the retainer payment is received. When the Reserve Study is complete, your community will have access to live support and edit capability until the next budget is approved.
