Under Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-1804(A) for planned communities and Section 33-1248(A) for condominiums, any regularly scheduled committee meetings must be open to all members of the association.
Arizona law does not explicitly require HOA committees to provide minutes for homeowners unless the governing documents impose that requirement. However, it is recommended as a best practice to do so anyway.
