Question:
HOA is responsible for repairing outside that is causing water from rains to come into my unit. I was told they’d repair in Sept. In October iI was told “apparently contractor is too busy to come out and fix problem”. Received text end of October saying he’d be here in November. I have not heard from anyone as of today and I’m worried I’m getting run around.

Hi Anita,
Follow up with your HOA or management on a regular basis. You might also want to ask them about the option to have it repaired yourself and then just have the costs reimbursed by the HOA. Make sure to document your communication efforts to cover your bases, too.
