EXCEL Association Management, Inc. was founded in 1991 based on the commitment to provide the highest quality of service possible to the community associations it manages.
EXCEL specializes in the management of community associations exclusively (this includes homeowners associations, property owners association, townhomes, and condominiums). This allows us to remain focused on and responsive to the ever-changing requirements of your association, and to keep abreast of current trends in the industry, which might impact your community.
EXCEL provides full manage services to community associations throughout the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex. Our main office is located in Plano, TX with a satellite office in Hurst, TX. Between our office locations and our personnel, contacts, and technology, EXCEL is able to provide effective management solutions to community associations through out the Metroplex and outlying areas.
EXCEL also has the capability to provide financial management services to community associations throughout the nation. With strong accounting controls, specialized technologies and centralized processing, EXCEL is able to provide accurate financial information to the decision makers in your community.
Other services available to community associations managed by EXCEL include website development and maintenance with convenient homeowner features such as secure online account information, work order tracking, architectural request/violation tracking, and document and information distribution. Online features for Board Members include private chat rooms and posting boards, access to online financial statements, homeowner surveys and easy homeowner communication. Our primary objective is to assist the Board of Directors in managing your association in order to protect the investment of the association members, and to achieve the goals of the association in the most effective manner possible.
We understand that in order to make effective decisions, the Board of Directors must have reliable and prompt reports on the financial status of the Association. To this end, our goal is to have the monthly financial reports prepared and mailed in the first half of the following month.
EXCEL takes pride in the fact that it responds promptly and courteously to the requests of the association residents. We are on call 24 hours a day in order to meet the emergency needs of your association.
EXCEL is actively involved with the D/FW chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI). In addition to the individual designations received by our property managers, EXCEL has been designated as an Accredited Association Management Company ™ by CAI. CAI is a national, non-profit organization dedicated to the successful creation and operation of community associations.
