As owners and board members, you will have the ability to log into a portal and view property performance in “real time” from anywhere at any time. You will also have the ability to make dues payments and track historical activity through this same web portal. We also create value for the property owners with superb total maintenance of the property, as well as serving as a facilitator between us and our client through this web-based application. In addition, we leverage the use of this technology to automate many manual processes, reducing costs for the client.
