Taylor Management Company has been in business since 1996 servicing Community Associations which compile over 55,000 doors. We employ 200 associates who contribute to our success. Our Corporate office is located in Whippany, New Jersey. We are an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC). This accreditation is awarded through the Community Association Institute (CAI). Taylor is also an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) which is awarded through the Institute of Real Estate Management. These accreditations are provided to a select few companies who demonstrate all of the qualifications to service community associations at the highest level.
Taylor Management Company manages a diverse group of community associations. We manage communities as small as 40 homes and as large as 2,200 homes. We understand that each community is different not only regarding the physical aspects, but also the resident composition.
