We offer several different Service Model Options: Full Service Management & Accounting, Consulting, Accounting Only. However, as we are highly adaptable and committed to building quality long term teams with our clients, we will work to adapt our service model options, as needed.
Our Management teams consist of an Association Business Manager (Community Manager) who hold, at minimum, their CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation through the CAM-ICB. Some managers managers have their AMS® or PCAM® designations through our industry trade association the Communities Association Institute (CAI). And our unique team approach to customer service administration ensures that every licensed Manager has an Assistant and Accounting Representative to further extend our clients’ experiences.
