Our hoa board members are made up of seven. Five out of seven do not live here. They live in the united kingdom. They are making up rules for their benefit. They made a valet trash contract for thirty two thousand dollars. This is so They do not have to pay their rental companies to put their trash out. A lot more is going on here. Our community needs help. Can you help get me to the right people to help us.

Homeowners may recall or remove board members with or without cause by a majority vote according to the Florida Homeowners’ Association Act Section 720.303(10)(a)(1). Section 720.303(10)(b)(1) also states they may be recalled by an agreement in writing or by written ballot without a membership meeting.
