do board members have the right to hire & pay whoever they want? does the board have the right to hire & pay anyone without obtaining votes by unit owners. the board hired a management company that had no experience or knowledge of the complex maine condo laws. when i sent 4 emails to mgmt regarding charging unit owners for electric when each owners must pay their own electric bills. whatever question unit owners may have neither the board nor mgmt provide any answers. the board makes all decisions such as to hiring a mgmt company that has never been mgmt company for any maine condo association.
