Kindly exhaust all forms of communication to contact your HOA board by using text, call, email, and mail. You may find your community’s contact information by conducting a search here: https://mycpa.cpa.state.tx.us/
If the HOA still won’t reply, you may attend a board meeting to speak with the HOA board. The HOA management company may also be able to help you with your issues.
