our president is a bully and changes the arc rules whenever she wants to. I believe that the arc committee is the committee is the way to make the rules and make sure they are followed. She never tells any one when she makes new rules . The arc committee should be the way to go and the Board if the president is not wanting to go along with the Hoa in Florida. Is this legal Help
