Hello, I recently read something online that H.O.A. board members in California, need to be present and can’t miss more than 4 ‘ H.O.A. meetings a year? I wanted to show this to our board members who constantly miss our monthly board meetings, so we have to cancel the meetings due to no Corum. I wanted to ask if this rule is true.
