Question:
What is the correct answer to change the CC&R’s
I heard it takes 2/3rds of the homeowners to vote to change the CC&R’s but believe I have also ready here in GA though that when it is vote time if 2/3rds down show to vote than it becomes 2/3rds of those that actually voted.
Can you please point me in the right direction on where I might find this law/ruling

You will find this law under Section 44-3-93 of the Georgia Condominium Act and Section 44-3-226 of the Georgia Property Owners’ Association Act. The interpretation is two-thirds of the lot owners of the association, but it is still best to seek advice from a lawyer.
