How do I go about finding amendments to the CC&Rs for my HOA. They are indicating there were amendments but cannot supply them.

Hi John,
The HOA should have proper documentation of the amendments, including minutes of the meeting where the amendments were passed. You should be able to request to examine those documents. You may also want to check your county recorder’s office for copies of the declaration and any amendments.
