If a lease does not have anything in it about HOA and they want 300$ to pay for the fees, I paid the deposit and rent no she won’t give the keys until fee is paid.The lease is signed and money has been exchanged an she wants the fees. The lease don’t say anything about the HOA fees. What should I do?
