Are bylaws currently state 75%
3/4 vote I know some hoa voting is 67%. What is the law

According to the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act Section 38-33.3-306(1)(f), the bylaws must provide the method for amending the bylaws. A similar provision exists in the Colorado Condominium Ownership Act Section 38-33-106(3)(j) for condo associations.
