We have recently taken over the HOA from the original Declarant (Developer) and have any questions concerning changes to the governing document or Covenants and are trying to find a representative or HOA attorney for advice. We get a lot of random searches when we look on the Internet and would like some guidance of where to look or if there is a list of HOA attorneys in our area.
