I’m a member of the Architectural Control Committee. I don’t think we have any control over drainage issues from the property. Is that true? Who does review the drainage plans from the property?

It is best to check your governing documents for guidance on this matter. Your CC&Rs, bylaws, and community plat/map should tell whether or not you have control or are responsible for drainage issues.
