What is the process outlined in your documents/CCR’s?

Our docs require: As to a straight out lawsuit, regardless of the homeowner suing the HOA, or the HOA suing the homeowner, a non binding mediation must be held prior to a lawsuit. Either party can then petition for a binding arbitration, or file a lawsuit in circuit court.
