Our association dues are annually. We “advertise” in our newsletter, website and facebook page that we offer payment plans for those that need it.
Owners receive their annual bill, then when they are late they will receive one after 30 days and one more reminder as well.
If they have an e mail address we will send a friendly e mail asking if they would like a payment plan.
