However, the local government denied his request to subdivide the land. As a result, Attorney Palumbo devoted himself to studying condominium law and used that knowledge to convert the homes into condominiums – eventually selling all three individually.
Attorney Palumbo has since used this technique to help others convert multifamily properties, commercial buildings, retail plazas, marinas, industrial parks, and residential developments into condominium units.
