When a hoa gives someone, an approval say for a baskeball hoop and the noise disturbs the surrounding people that don’t want it what is the next course of action. Souldn’t the hoa board notified the surrounding properties before approving this?tks

The HOA board does not necessarily have to be the one to notify the neighbors of the basketball hoop. It depends on the governing documents of the association.
