Question:
We live in a newly formed HOA (4 years old) after the developer turned it over in 2020. It is a single family home neighborhood with an HOA, not a condominium. So we fall under Florida 720 statute.
We have a Board that is conducting votes and business outside of Board meetings. Where can I make a complaint?

You may raise your concern with the HOA board by contacting them directly through call, text, email, or mail. You may also bring this up at the next board meeting. Kindly exhaust all forms of communication. For further guidance, kindly consult a lawyer.
