Question:
My Hoa is not doing any active duties front entry and other bylaws are being with held. They also do not a treasurer to tell the neighborhood where are money is going. Is there anything that we can do about this.

The first thing you should do is talk to the HOA board. Your board is responsible for running the association, which includes enforcing the rules, collecting dues, maintaining common areas, and managing the HOA’s finances. If your board is not doing its job, you may want to consider removing board members. You will find information on how to do that under Section 381.9169(7) of the Kentucky Condominium Act (for condominiums) and Section 273.231 of the Kentucky Nonprofit Corporation Act (for HOAs registered as corporations).
