My board refuses to enforce a deed restriction that owners keep trash cans in their garages except on collection day.
Do I have any recourse?

Hi Carol,
Make sure to show your board that the restriction exists in your community’s governing documents. If your board still refuses to enforce it, they could be violating their fiduciary duty to the community. Outside of legal action, you might consider voting to remove the problem board member/s from their position. You will the procedures and requirements for this within your bylaws.
