if chickens and turkeys are allowed per town rule.
HOA says no Chicken or any kind of fowl
HOA says Horses are ok
but no split toes as sheep goat cows donkey llamas have. (which are ok per town rules.

Unless town rules specifically say that HOAs can’t prohibit chickens or any kind of fowl, then an HOA can restrict them.
