Question:
I have four vehicles now and two are parked in garage and 2 in driveway.
I also have a niece and grandson that come here quite abet they also have cars and park on the side streets.
The HOA have given me volition for vehicles parked in front of my home but not stating make model or plate number can they do this!

Homeowners associations commonly have parking rules that apply to residents of the community and their guests. If such rules exist in your community, then your board is obligated to enforce them. If you want to know which car is in violation of the rules, it is best to ask your HOA board directly for this information.
