My hoa has denied me a second parking spot (we have 2 vehicles) so we’ve been parking in the guest spot, they are now threatening to tow my car, is this even legal?

Generally, the HOA can tow vehicles provided the HOA supplies notice, which can come in the form of signage on the property. If there is no signage on the property, the HOA must provide a 24-hour written notice prior to towing.
