Our HOA is just for two condos. We are accumulating quite a balance, since mostly we are saving for a rainy day.
If one of us sells, does half of that accumulated money go with the seller?

If it is the HOA’s funds, then the seller does not take the money with them. Homeowners who pay their HOA fees to the association don’t get to refund their money once they leave the community.
