Good morning , our community recently hired a new manager and she has brought to our attention that if you are not a deeded resident that you can not serve on ANY committee. Could you tell us if this is an actual true fact by law ? Thank you for any information.

Pennsylvania law currently does not address this. You should check your governing documents for guidance on this matter. Your bylaws or CC&Rs should be able to tell you who can and can’t join HOA committees.
