Question:
One of our landowners (38) of 93 lots/votes is trying to annex out or desolve our association for no reason other than personal gain. He is bullying other landowners and the board. Can a board put that to vote??? Our LOA is mainly for road maintenance and snow removal. Can I sue when I can no longer access my home and property

Answer:
Hi Alayna,
Dissolving an HOA usually can’t be done by just a single person. Depending on your governing documents, it usually requires approval from a majority (or a specific percentage) of the owners.
