Question:
We own a condo run by Lattice Community Developement in Charlotte North Carolina .1109 East Morehead Charlotte NC #22. The condo assoication is not responding . There are old rotten pipes under the ground and in the walls that have aged and deteriorated which should be the building condo association responsibility but we can’t get anyone to respond. we do not have a president of the associations name to call. Should we get a lawyer or is there a way you can assist.

Make sure to exhaust all forms of communication to get in touch with your condo association. You may reach out to them via email, phone, social media, or the community website. You can even try to head to their physical office (if any). If you have a community manager or management company, you may also direct your complaints to them.
