We in a 14 TH HOA culdesac.
Board changed how we can pay monthly assessments.
Past 24 yrs had neighbor drop off ,now Board demands pay via electronic or mail it‼
Also says can’t hand it to any Board officer ⁉ Like I did for 24 yrs.
Any of this Legal⁉⁉
