We have a gentleman whose daughter purchased a townhome in our community. He does not live here but he wanted to be able to attend our meetings and to be on our BOD. Can we change the By-Laws to state that unless you live here you can not be elected to the BOD. You can still attend meeting and vote but not be elected to the BOD
