Dispute over painting home. The HOA requires 3 colors. Body, Pop-outs and Facia. Meanwhile 7 or more homes have homes with 2 colors, some of which are not in the color scheme. I have chosen 2 colors in the scheme and request to paint body one color and pop-outs and Facia another. What can be done?
