our president does not care about this condo association at all. last week a persons garbage still is all over at the end of her driveway, some has blown away. they never due my flower beds. i had to rake the leaves out and bag them myself.
the president and her boyfriend are connected to my condo. her boyfriend smokes nasty cigars which i constasntly have the smoke coming into my condo everywhere.
I cannot talk to her she does not like me and tried so many things on me it’s no funny, I have told my sister if anything happens to me to call the police then get a hold of my finacial advisor, he knows whats going on.
I have only lived here a little over a year and I cannot wait to get out of here.
also it looks like a dump all around here and this is a very nice neighborhood a lot of really nice homes.
i can’t do anything about the situation at all. she will not even talk to me.
everything is a joke.
i was told when i moved in by a neighbor that she does not care about anything except herself.
she raised out condo fees 50.00 then said she want to put a sign out front this year saying this is a condo association.
I think she is just using our money to go on vacations and what not.
