We have a mold issue in our attic. We reported in June, both my grandmother and I have respiratory illnesses because of the mold as well as skin infections. We pay our common fees every month without fail for over 20 years.
The problem has been accredited to a faulty roof soffit. We’ve had multiple roofers out here yet the condo association still not addressing the issue as it is needed to be adressed. It feels like they keep delaying and delaying and delaying meanwhile me and my grandmother’s health keeps deteriorating. I just would like to know if there’s another Avenue I can take to try to get this taken care of as fast as possible thank you.
