DO I HAVE TO HAVE A CPA APPROVE OUR ACCOUNTING AT THE EOY?
IF NOT WHAT DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT TO STATE FOR RECORDS OF EOY ACCOUNTS

According to the New Mexico Homeowner Association Act Section 47-16-10, the board must provide for a financial audit of the association’s records by an independent CPA every three years. For further guidance, kindly consult an HOA management company or HOA lawyer.
