I would like to know how Ky law defines “front yard” in a deed of restrictions for a Lexington subdivision. Does front yard mean the driveway?

If this pertains to rules in your HOA, “front yard” should be defined by your HOA. Check your governing documents, including your community plat and CC&Rs, to see what counts as a front yard.
