Different HOA Names in Florida

The homeowners association I think I’m subject to is working under a set of covenants that define the HOA name as “Patrickville Homeowners’ Association ” but is registered with the State/ incorporated as a for profit organization by the name of “Country Creek Homeowners Association ” is this askew of State law
